We can't wait to welcome you! Whether you're coming to see live music, theatre, or a community event, booking your tickets is easy.
Tickets can be booked online, over the phone or in person at our box office during opening hours. If tickets are still available, you can also buy them on the door before the event.

Our box office is open:
- Monday to Wednesday: 9:30am – 2:00pm
- Thursday & Friday: 9:30am – 12:00pm
Our team will be happy to help you find the right seats and answer any questions. We accept both card and cash payments.

Book Online
You can book online anytime, day or night. Online bookings remain open until one hour before the event starts. Simply head to our What's On page to browse upcoming events and reserve your tickets.
Buy on the Door
If an event hasn't sold out, tickets will also be available to purchase at the door before the performance.
A Note About Booking Fees
When tickets are booked online, our ticketing provider applies a small booking fee to help cover the cost of processing your order.
If you're able to, we'd love to see you in person or hear from you on the phone. Booking directly through our box office means you won't pay any additional booking fees, and it gives us a chance to say hello too!
No. You can either print your tickets or show your e-ticket on your phone when you arrive.
Many of our events are family-friendly, while others are intended for adult audiences. Any age guidance provided by the act will be shown on the event listing. Please contact before booking if you're unsure whether a show will be suitable for your child.
Some events and performances offer concession-priced tickets. Where available, these will be clearly shown on the What’s On page and within the individual event listing.
Concession tickets are available for:
- Children and young people under 16
- Students in full-time education
- Seniors aged 60 and over who are no longer in paid employment
If a family ticket is available, the event listing will clearly state how many people it covers and whether it includes adults, children, or both.
Yes. We have level access, a lift to all floors excluding the balcony, accessible toilets, and wheelchair spaces in the auditorium. If you have any specific access requirements, please let us know when booking and we'll be happy to help.

There is free parking available on site, with accessible parking spaces close to the entrance. Additional parking is available nearby if our car park is full. The car park is accessed from Croft Head Terrace.
Please note that Croft Head Terrace, Institute Street and other surrounding terraces are private streets and should not be used for parking on any occasion.
Yes! Our licensed bar is open before performances and during the interval for most events, serving a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, as well as snacks.
We ask that food and drink purchased elsewhere isn't brought in to events where we are running a bar or café. These help to generate vital income that supports our charity and community programmes.
Unless otherwise stated, our doors and bar open 30 minutes before a seated events and 1 hour before a standing event.
This gives you time to relax and enjoy a drink before the show starts.
Yes! Free guest WiFi is available throughout the venue.
Yes. We host more than 30 regular groups and activities each week, including fitness classes, arts and crafts, music sessions, wellbeing activities, dance, youth groups and much more. Take a look at our Activity Groups page to see what's on.
