We are a volunteer-led community and arts hub, deeply embedded in our local community. Our Grade II listed building is a vibrant space for cultural and wellbeing activities, offering a wide array of events, concerts and theatre in our impressive proscenium arch theatre space. In addition to these, we provide a rich programme of weekly classes and activities, catering to a diverse range of interests. Our building boasts a variety of rooms and spaces, all available for hire, making our venue flexible for different needs and occasions.

Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where everyone can find something that resonates with them. We collaborate with a broad network of local and regional partners, pooling expertise and resources to offer support and guidance to those in need. This collective effort ensures we remain responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

Led by a dedicated team of trustees, we are committed to the smooth operation of our daily activities, events, and programming. Managed and operated by a small but passionate staff team, we ensure that every aspect of the venue runs efficiently and effectively, from the smallest class to the largest production.
