Strengthening Connections, Enhancing Wellbeing & Fostering Resilience

What We Do

Glusburn Community & Arts Centre is so much more than a venue for activities, events and entertainment. We’re a space to nurture local people, offer support and information and opportunities to develop friendships and companionship.

As the Community Anchor Organisation for South Craven, our Community Hub plays a crucial role in connecting other local VCSE organisations across our region, working alongside North Yorkshire Council.

A source of local knowledge, we can provide information about and signposting to groups and services. If you are part of a small community group in South Craven, we’d love to hear about it and help to share what you do.

Recently, Better Connect joined us to capture the heart of what we do. They got an inside look at some of our groups and activities, learning about our work and sharing our story. Take a look at their video – it’s an inspiring look at the impact we’re making!
