Truly Essential Tai Chi for Health

Join Tai Chi and Qigong at Glusburn Institute with Val Preston, a board-certified Tai Chi for Health instructor, offering supportive, social classes to build strength, better balance and lasting wellbeing.

Val is a qualified, experienced holistic therapist with over three decades in the wellbeing industry, and is a board-certified instructor for the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
