DESCRIPTION:Enjoy friendly short mat indoor bowls at Glusburn Community & Arts Centre – a relaxed\, sociable activity open to all\, whatever your experience level. No previous bowling experience is needed\, and new members are always warmly welcomed. \nShort mat bowls is a gentle\, low-impact sport that helps improve coordination\, balance\, concentration and light physical activity\, making it ideal for staying active in a safe and enjoyable way. It’s also a great way to meet new people and be part of a friendly community. \nAll equipment can be provided if required\, so you can simply turn up and play. Sessions are informal and welcoming\, with time to enjoy a chat and a cuppa as well. \nEach session is just £3.20 on a pay-to-play basis\, with no subscription or commitment.
